If you create events that are similar from one another, we can set up 'Event Templates' for you; simply call or email us with your request. These will help you create events very quickly.
Event templates work with both general admission and allocated seating events. By simply selecting an Event Template during event creation, the Plans and Tickets will be automatically created for you in seconds - regardless of the complexity of your Plans and/or number of Tickets.
If you already have one or more Event Template set up, go to the Events page by clicking on [Events]:
Click on [Create An Event] in the middle of the page:
1. Listing and Template
There, enter all the information you require about the event. You can also select the Event Template you need. Depending on what we will have set up for you, you will have one or more templates available.
Selecting an Event Template is only available when you create a new event i.e. before you have saved it for the first time.
Once you have selected your Event Template, click [Save]:
2. Plans and Tickets
If you need to make amendments (for example: change the number of tickets for sale, change a ticket price or add a new ticket), click on [Template for New Performances] situated in the header of the Performances table and make your required amendments.
3. Dates and Times
When your template is ready, you simply need to add one (or more) performance by clicking on the New Performance button:

Enter the date and time and click Add.
