Retrieve your admin password
To retrieve your password, you need to use the password reminder functionality.
From any page of your box office, click on the top right 'Login' button and select 'Password Reminder':
You will be invited to enter your email address so you can be emailed your password reset link (please note that you will also have to confirm that you are not a robot):
When you receive the Forgotten Password email, open it and click on the "Reset password' link:
You will then be given a computer-generated password to log in to your account.
