I cannot see my tickets

If you have added a ticket to a performance and cannot see it, check below the possible reasons:
  • The ticket has been added to the 'Template for New Performance' instead fo the performance instead. Solution: add a new ticket to the performance.
  • The ticket has been set to require a voucher code to be entered. Solution: edit the ticket and untick the 'Voucher Required' option.
  • The ticket visibility has been set with a date range that makes it hidden. Solution: edit the ticket and amended the 'Visibility To/From' date range.
  • The ticket had not been linked to any area. Solution: edit the ticket and include at least one area (tick the 'Include' box) in the 'Area Pring' section.
  • The has been assigned to an area that is sold out; it might be sold out because all places have been sold or because the number of places available for sale is set to 0. Solution: edit the plan and add places.
