Change the number of tickets for sale

To change the number of tickets for sale for a general admission event, go to the 'Events' page and select your chosen event:


If you want to change the number of tickets for sale for performances that are already created, edit your chosen performance by clicking on [Edit].

If you want to change this number for performances that will be created at a later stage, amend the template by clicking on [Template for New Performances], situated in the header of the 'Performances' table:


Identify the 'plan' for which you want to change the number of tickets (it is likely that you will only have one 'plan') and click on [Edit]:


Identify the 'area' for which you want to change the number of tickets (it is likely that you will only have one 'area') and add in the number of tickets you want to add or remove in the 'Amount' box and click [Add] or [Remove] accordingly:

Note: To remove the number of tickets for sale for a reserved seating event, you can create an order with zero value tickets (if you do not have such a ticket type, you will need to create one). For any changes to your seating plan, you will need to ask us to do it for you.
