Cancelling an order is very straightforward, however, an email will automatically be sent to the customer to notify him/her of the cancellation. If you do not want the customer to be notified, you can remove the customer email address from the order details (and save the order) before cancelling the order. Please note that in most cases, it is important for the customer to be notified of the cancellation.
Go to the Orders page by clicking on [Orders]:
Find the order you want to change and click on [Edit] to edit it:
Click on [Order] then [Cancel Order].
Confirm the order cancellation request on the next page by clicking [Yes, proceed]:
